How it works
- 01 The board has nine columns: New Lead, Contacted, Trial Booked, Trial Attended, Enrolled, No Show, Follow Up, Rebooked, and Lost.
- 02 Moving a lead to Contacted or Follow Up stamps the last-contacted time automatically.
- 03 One-click conversion creates a user and student record at White belt, links the converted student, and queues a welcome email with a password-reset link. An email address is required to convert.
- 04 Lead source is tracked (manual, website, walk-in, referral, phone, social); embed bookings are tagged website-embed automatically.
- 05 Funnel analytics show total leads, trial conversion rate, average days to convert, and the top source.
