Lifecycle messaging

Automations

28 lifecycle triggers that re-engage members before they churn.

How it works

  • 01 There are 28 trigger types covering trial (booked, reminder, follow-up, no-show), engagement (absent re-engagement, streak milestone), belt (promotion eligible and awarded), billing (payment failed, expiring, cancelled, winback), class (cancelled, added), injury, and manager digests.
  • 02 Most are active by default on a new gym; a few (for example the SMS welcome) ship off because they cost SMS, and are opt-in.
  • 03 Each automation is independently toggleable per gym, with its own editable subject and body template.
  • 04 Templates substitute variables such as {student_name} and {gym_name} at send time.
  • 05 A dispatcher routes each automation through email, in-app, and/or SMS, with per-user rate limiting.

Who it is for

  • Professor: turns automations on or off and edits every template.
  • Student: receives timely, relevant nudges instead of nothing.

The problem it solves

Members leave quietly. Without automated outreach, you find out after they are already gone.
