How it works
- There are 29 automations covering trials (booked, reminder, follow-up, missed), members who go quiet, streak milestones, belt promotions, payments (failed, expiring, cancelled, win-back), class changes, injuries and a summary for you.
- Most are switched on for a new academy. A few that send SMS start switched off, because SMS costs money, and you choose to turn them on.
- Turn each one on or off, and edit what it says.
- Messages fill in details for you, like the member's name and your academy's name.
- Each message goes by email, in the member app, by SMS, or a mix, and nobody gets flooded.

Do all 28 actually work?
Yes. The number comes straight from what the app sends, so it always matches. A few start switched off because they send SMS.
Can I change what each message says?
Yes. Every message has its own subject and text for your academy, and you can insert details like the member's name.
