Announcements, group emails and texts, and a record of every message sent.
Why it matters. Academy news gets lost in WhatsApp groups, with no record of who was told what.
How it works
- Announcements appear in every member's app, and you can pin the important ones.
- Send a message to everyone, to a belt, or to people you pick, by email, SMS or both. Members who haven't set up their login can't receive it, and you're told how many.
- Messages fill in each member's name and your academy's name for you.
- Emails use your academy's colours and logo.
- Every message is logged with who it went to, how, and its status. For email, the log shows it was sent, not that it was opened.
Who uses it
- Owner or coach. Posts announcements, sends group messages and checks the log.
- Members. Read announcements in the app.
Questions
Can a group message reach members without a login?
No. They need an account to receive it, and the page tells you how many members that leaves out.
Does the log confirm an email arrived?
It confirms the email was sent. It doesn't track whether the email provider delivered it.
