How it works
- 01 Announcements (optionally pinned) appear in every member app feed.
- 02 Bulk messaging targets all active members, members by belt, or a hand-picked list, over email, SMS, or both. Members without a login are excluded and counted as unreachable.
- 03 Templates substitute {student_name} and {gym_name}; automation templates support more variables such as days absent and streak count.
- 04 Emails are styled with your gym brand colours and logo (the defaults are dark; a gym that sets light colours gets light emails).
- 05 Every send is logged with channel, recipient, and status. Email status is recorded as queued at hand-off; the log does not confirm provider-side delivery.
Who it is for
- Professor or manager: posts announcements, sends bulk messages, reads the log.
- Student: reads announcements in the app feed.
