Everything a member needs to keep training, on their phone. Nothing to download.
Why it matters. Members drift when the academy disappears between sessions. One in two new members quit within a year.
How it works
- The member app opens in any phone browser at your academy's own web address. Nothing to install from an app store.
- Members see the next 14 days of classes, who else is going, and book or cancel in one tap.
- A progress screen shows how close they are to their next stripe and belt: classes and months at their current belt (time off injured isn't counted) and the last six months of training.
- A full-year training calendar and their current and best streak (in weeks) keep them coming back.
- Members check their plan and update their card or change plan themselves, through Stripe.
- The app works in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
Who uses it
- Members. Book classes, follow their belt progress and streaks, and manage their own billing.
- Owner or head coach. Bookings and attendance feed straight into your dashboard and promotions.
