Stripe Billing
Each gym connects its own Stripe account. Money goes straight to you.
How it works
- 01 Each gym connects its own Stripe connected account and gets a full Stripe dashboard. Gyms with an existing Stripe account can connect it via OAuth instead.
- 02 Every charge and subscription runs on the gym account, so funds never pass through the platform; the platform takes a percentage application fee at charge time (default 2.5%).
- 03 Membership plans are created in-app and synced to Stripe products and prices.
- 04 Full subscription lifecycle: checkout, cancel (immediate, end of period, or notice period), resume, pause for injury freezes, and automatic failed-payment recovery.
- 05 On a failed payment the subscription is marked past due, the member is emailed, and the manager is notified; managers can resend from the past-due page.
Who it is for
- Professor: connects Stripe, builds plans, works the past-due list.
- Student: checks out and self-manages their card through the Stripe-hosted portal.
- Network admin: sees platform-wide MRR aggregated across gyms.

Most gym software sits between you and your money. You wait for payouts and cannot see your own Stripe.
