Stripe billing
Each academy connects its own Stripe account. The money goes straight to you.
Why it matters. A lot of gym software sits between you and your money: you wait for payouts and can't see your own account.
How it works
- Your academy connects its own Stripe account and gets the full Stripe dashboard. Already have Stripe? Connect the account you have.
- Every payment runs on your account, so the money never passes through us. We take a percentage when each payment is made (2.5% by default).
- Create your membership plans in Combat Control and they appear in Stripe automatically.
- Handle the whole membership: sign-up and payment, cancelling (straight away, at the end of the period, or after a notice period), restarting, pausing for injury, and recovering failed payments.
- When a payment fails, the member is emailed, you're told, and they appear on your list of late payers, where you can send a reminder again.
Who uses it
- Owner. Connects Stripe, builds plans and follows up late payers.
- Members. Pay at sign-up and update their own card through Stripe.
- Running several academies. Sees monthly income across every academy.
Questions
Does Combat Control ever hold my money?
No. Every payment goes straight to your own Stripe account. Our percentage is taken by Stripe at the moment of payment.
Do I get the full Stripe dashboard?
Yes, the full dashboard for your own account, not a cut-down version.
