What it is
A 2.5% fee taken from each member payment at the moment it's charged, through Stripe.
What you pay in total
Your plan (flat), plus 2.5% (grows with your revenue), plus Stripe's processing: 1.7% + 30c on cards, or 1% capped at A$3.50 on direct debit.

How the estimate works. Your plan is picked by member count: Academy up to 75 students, Academy Pro up to 200, Unlimited above that. The 2.5% platform fee applies to member payments. Stripe's Australian rates are 1.7% + 30c per card payment and 1% capped at A$3.50 per direct debit. Other software is costed from its published pricing, with its own payment fees on top.

Questions owners ask first.
What is the 2.5% platform fee?
A percentage of each member payment, taken through Stripe at the moment the payment goes through. Your plan price stays flat; the 2.5% grows with your revenue. All in, it costs less than Mindbody, Wodify or PushPress, and it is published here rather than hidden in processing rates.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for the year upfront and save 20% on your plan. The 2.5% platform fee on member payments stays the same.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Combat Control connects to your own Stripe account so member payments land directly with you. If you do not have one, you can create it during setup in about five minutes.
Can members pay by direct debit?
Yes. Members can pay by Australian bank direct debit (BECS) through Stripe. Stripe charges 1% capped at A$3.50 per payment, on top of the 2.5% platform fee. Much cheaper than chasing failed direct debits by hand.
What if I go over my plan's student limit?
Nothing blocks new students. We flag it on your dashboard and suggest the right plan. We never surprise-bill or upgrade you automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from your billing settings at any time. You can download your data as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
What about SMS costs?
Every plan includes SMS each month: 100 on Academy, 300 on Academy Pro, 500 on Unlimited and 500 per gym on Network. Extra messages are 8c each, billed with your plan.
Do I pay anything during the free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card. Your plan only starts if you choose to continue.
Do you help with moving across?
Yes. For our first ten paying gyms we do the move ourselves: members, attendance and billing details. All we need is an export from your current system.
