How it works
- 01 Members see a rolling 14-day schedule grouped by date; each session shows the booked members and a count.
- 02 Booking is transactional and prevents double-booking; cancelling is a soft cancel that frees the spot.
- 03 A morning-of nudge runs for sessions today that already have three or more bookings. It sends an in-app message (not SMS or push) to active members who train that class type but have not booked yet, deduplicated per member per day.
- 04 Each session also tracks real check-ins separately from bookings, so booked-versus-attended is visible.
Who it is for
- Student: books and cancels, sees who else is going, gets the in-app nudge.
- Professor: sees booking counts and attendees per session.
