How it works
- 01 The Gym Health Score is a 0-100 composite of five live factors: retention (30%), attendance trend (20%), revenue trend (20%), trial conversion (15%), and class utilisation (15%). New gyms are not penalised for factors with no history yet.
- 02 MRR is calculated live from active subscriptions, normalising annual plans to a monthly figure.
- 03 The cohort retention matrix groups members by join month and shows what share of each cohort still trains each subsequent month.
- 04 Attendance heatmaps plot day-of-week against hour-of-day from real check-in logs so you can see when the mats are actually full.
- 05 A lead funnel view shows conversion rate, average days to convert, and your top lead source.
Who it is for
- Professor: the dashboard opens on login with health, MRR, churn, and failed payments.
- Network admin: the same metrics aggregate across every gym in the network.
