At the door
Kiosk Check-in
Mount a tablet. Members scan a QR code to check in. No front desk needed.
How it works
- 01 A provisioned kiosk token produces a signed URL; the kiosk page shows the current session and a list of recent check-ins (name, belt, time).
- 02 A member presents their personal QR code; the kiosk validates it, matches the gym, and records attendance.
- 03 The valid window is configurable per gym: minutes before start, minutes after start, and an option to cut off late check-ins at the start time. An optional membership guard can require an active membership.
- 04 Professors can mark attendance manually; manual marks are stamped at the class start time so historical charts stay accurate.
- 05 Revoking a kiosk token immediately blocks both the page and the scan endpoint.
Who it is for
- Student: scans a personal QR code at the door.
- Professor or manager: sets the time window, provisions kiosks, back-fills attendance.
The problem it solves
Manual roll-call wastes mat time and misses people.
