Kiosk check-in
Put a tablet at the door. Members scan their QR code to check in. No front desk needed.
Why it matters. Calling the roll takes mat time and still misses people.
How it works
- Each tablet gets its own secure link. It shows the current class and the latest check-ins with name, belt and time.
- Members show the QR code in their app, and they're checked in to the right class.
- Set how early and how late people can check in, whether late check-ins are allowed, and whether an active membership is required.
- Coaches can mark attendance by hand. Manual check-ins are recorded at the class start time so your charts stay accurate.
- Switch off a tablet and it stops working straight away.
Who uses it
- Members. Scan their QR code at the door.
- Owner or coach. Sets the check-in times, adds tablets and fills in missed check-ins.

Can I switch off a tablet?
Yes. It stops working immediately, for both the screen and scanning.
