Google Reviews

Ask happy members for a Google review by SMS or email, on autopilot.

How it works

  • 01 Three modes: bulk (everyone eligible), targeted (one member, with an override option), and automatic (a daily job catches members exactly N weeks after they joined).
  • 02 Each request creates a tracked, signed link that records the click and then forwards to your Google review URL.
  • 03 Each member is asked only once, ever (not a timed cooldown). Targeted send can override that for a specific member.
  • 04 Requests go by SMS (if a phone is on file) and email (if a login email exists); each send is logged.
  • 05 The settings page shows 90-day stats: sent, clicked, and click rate.

Who it is for

  • Professor or manager: sets the Google URL and template, triggers sends, watches click stats.
  • Student: gets one tracked review link by SMS or email.

The problem it solves

Word-of-mouth gyms underperform on Google because nobody asks for reviews.
