Combat Control

One-off charges

Charge for gis, privates and gradings in a few taps, by saved card or pay link.

Why it matters. Private lessons, gis and grading fees end up as cash, bank transfers or a note to chase later. They rarely make it into the books.

How it works

  1. Save the things you sell often as quick items with a price, like a private lesson, a gi or a mat fee.
  2. Charge a member from their profile or from Sales: their card on file after a confirm, or a pay link by email or SMS that they pay on their phone.
  3. A child's charge goes to the parent who pays for them. Receipts go out by email.
  4. Unpaid charges sit at the top of Sales with Resend, Copy link and Cancel. Paid ones can be refunded in full or in part.
  5. Sales lists every one-off sale, class packs and seminar tickets included, with search, filters, dates, totals and a spreadsheet export.

Who uses it

  • Owner or front desk. Charges a member in seconds and sees what is still unpaid.
  • Members and parents. Pay from a link on their phone and get a receipt.

Questions

Is this a full online shop?

No. It is for charging a member for something specific. There is no stock or delivery, and no public shop page.

What if their card is declined?

They get a pay link instead, so they can pay with another card.
