How it works
- 01 The platform dashboard shows network totals (gyms, active gyms, members, platform MRR) and a per-gym list with health score, MRR, and active members.
- 02 One-click impersonation writes the chosen gym to the session; every subsequent request is scoped to that gym until you return to the platform view.
- 03 Cross-gym analytics compare MRR, members, health, and check-ins side by side, with best and worst performers and belt distribution.
- 04 The new-gym wizard seeds a gym in one transaction: owner, IBJJF belts, default automation templates, badges, and class types.
- 05 A configurable platform fee (default 2.5%) is applied as a Stripe application fee at the point of charge.
Who it is for
- Network admin: runs the whole network from one screen and drills into any gym.
- Professor: works inside their own gym; the platform layer is invisible to them.
