1. Aceitação dos Termos

By creating an account or using Combat Control, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Combat Control.

2. Descrição do Serviço

Combat Control is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym owners to manage students, classes, payments, belt progressions, and communications. The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable but do not make guarantees about uptime or uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

3. Responsabilidades da Conta

When you use Combat Control, you agree that:

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with others.
You must provide accurate and complete information at signup and keep it up to date.
One person operates one super-admin account per gym; credential sharing is strictly forbidden.
You are responsible for all content sent via the platform (announcements, bulk messages, automations). This content must comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and any applicable laws in your students' jurisdictions.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Pagamento e Cobrança

A free trial period is offered as advertised at the time of signup. No credit card is required during the trial.
After the trial, a paid subscription is billed in advance according to your selected tier. Pricing is displayed clearly before you enter payment details.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion and will be considered for requests submitted within 14 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
We may suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments after providing 14 days' notice.

5. Uso Aceitável

You must not use Combat Control to:

Send spam, harass individuals, or distribute illegal content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to unauthorised third parties.
Use the service to develop a competing product or service.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks associated with Combat Control.

6. Seus Dados

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Combat Control, including student records, gym configuration, and communications. By uploading data you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data. We recommend using the Data Export feature regularly to maintain your own backups.

7. Propriedade Intelectual

The Combat Control name, logo, design, user interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property and are protected under Australian and international copyright law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own gym management purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Encerramento

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will provide notice except in cases of serious violations such as fraud or illegal activity, where immediate termination may occur.
On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Isenção de Garantias

Combat Control is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results will be achieved. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of or inability to use the service. For data protection, we strongly recommend using the built-in Data Export feature regularly.

10. Limitação de Responsabilidade

To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

11. Lei Aplicável

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of Brisbane, Queensland. If you are located outside Australia, you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Alterações nestes Termos

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of Combat Control after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
